If the "allow camera" access does not appear in the browser it could be due to the following reasons
a. You don't have a in-built camera in your laptop/desktop or you don't have a web-camera connected to your laptop/desktop. Ensure you have a camera connected to your system.
b. You might have accidently blocked access to the camera for dgsstcw.aduacademy.in on your Google Chrome browser.

Make sure that you are facing the camera and that there are no other people present in front of the camera while you go through the Face Recognition process. A human picture or wallpaper in the background can also cause this error. Please ensure that the background is clear and neutral to avoid any issues.

Make sure that you are facing the camera in the correct position and the room has adequate lighting for the camera to capture your photo clearly. The camera quality and image resolution can also contribute to this error. Please ensure that the image is clear and sharp to avoid any issues.

Make sure you have entered the correct username and password provided upon course enrollment. How do I know if I have completed the eLearning course?
If you complete the assessment with the minimum Pass Percentage, the DGS e-governance system will be informed about your eLearning course completion under a scheduled time of data synchronization (which may be 0130, or 0430, or 0730, or 1030, or 1330, or 1630, or 1930 or 2230 hours) and the master checker will be updated.
I completed the course, why am I not able to access the assessment?

The course duration is for 180 days within which you are expected to complete the minimum number of eLearning hours and successfully take the assessment. If you have crossed 180 days, you will need to re-enroll for the course and take the course afresh.
I am not able to view the full page when I access the e-book. What should I do?
Please use "Hide TOC" button which, when activated, the Table of Contents will be hidden, and contents will be shown in full page. "Show TOC" will bring back Table of contents. It is possible to go to Next or Previous topic without using Table of contents by using the buttons.
